Capture What Can’t Be Staged
Small-group landscape photography workshops led by an award-winning photographer.
Designed for those who want more than a postcard
Explore what makes these journeys different
There’s more to New Zealand than postcards. Discover locations only locals and light-chasers know about.
Not every image reveals itself at first glance. Discover how to look deeper — and feel more — through your lens.
These aren’t tours. They’re transformative, nature-first experiences for people who want more than snapshots
Why Photographers Choose These Workshops
These workshops are thoughtfully planned - from guidance in the field to time behind the lens. They’re for those who like to take their time, and enjoy the process as much as the photograph.
Led in the field by award-winning New Zealand landscape photographer, Erin Jacob, you’ll receive one-on-one support tailored to your pace and goals.
I keep my workshops intentionally small so you’re never lost in the crowd. You’ll travel with like-minded creatives and receive the time, space, and attention you need - not just to make good images, but to enjoy the process of making them.
From remote locations to boutique lodgings and hearty meals - every detail is handled. You’ll focus on creating and exploring while I take care of the rest. This is wildness made seamless.

Kia ora, I’m Erin - an award-winning New Zealand landscape photographer, workshop leader, and occasional mud magnet.
With over a decade behind the lens, photography has taken me from the highlands of Iceland to the plains of Patagonia and beyond. Call me biased, but the wild beauty of New Zealand gets me every time.
My workshops are small, thoughtful, and designed to be equal parts adventure, quiet, and creative. If you love slow travel, big skies, and a bit of off-track wandering (with the odd dad joke thrown in), we’ll get along just fine.
